This patient had her rhinoplasty performed by an ENT whose aim was to fix her breathing and also told her he could fix the aesthetics of her nose in the same procedure. Unfortunately, the patient wasn’t satisfied with the aesthetic results of her nose despite the improved breathing.
After coming to Dr. Shah for a consultation, they utilized 3D imaging to settle on a final image where her nose was smaller and would show up better in video, which was a priority for the patient.
