This patient had a previous rhinoplasty and came to Dr. Shah to address some specific issues he still had with his nose. He had elevation in his nose above the tip. He also had a line running down his tip that he says never existed there before, as well as a shadow that was less than flattering for the patient.
Dr. Shah used ultrasonic rhinoplasty to smooth the patient’s bridge. With only a small fissure in the nose, Dr. Shah rebalanced his tip utilizing his 5D Rhinoplasty approach. With these adjustments, his nose looks smoother and more natural, along with improvements in his breathing.
