Dr. Shah:
The biggest fear about having their face and neck lift done is not looking natural. And so when patients think about face and neck lifts in general they're worried about things are going to be pulled in weird directions. Their anatomy is going to be altered. Everyone's going to know they've done something. And, you know, with updated techniques, lots of the telltale signs of having had a face and neck lift are kind of hard to see. People talk about scars, and that's important. But it's not just a scar. It's the shadows that we see throughout here. And everything should lay properly and in an expertly done face and neck lift, everything is lifted from underneath, so that your skin just kind of comes with it and you don't have the stretch on the skin from fake lifts. so, the idea over here is a nice balanced result is oftentimes changing the underlying anatomy to avoid that fake look, that artificial look that people can tell that you've had a face and neck lift.
